A good communicator uses different words and a different tone depending on who they’re speaking to and what they want them to do. I help you to adapt that same approach for your business or charity, making your organisation’s communications as effective as possible.

The right words – it’s not always easy to describe what you do in a way that means something to your staff, your customers or other audiences.  From an initial telephone conversation or a briefing meeting, I can usually pull out the key words and create the foundation for your communications, your key messages.

To reach the right people – one of the problems with communications is that different audiences want different things from you and also notice or hear different things too.  I’ll help you to identify the different groups of people who need to hear what you have to say.

In the right way – I’ll help you to find the channels, tools and places to reach your target audience in ways that are familiar or convenient or effective (ideally all three) for them. That might be coverage in a magazine, a direct e-newsletter, your website or a social media campaign.

The main thing is that I’ll help you to explore the right words to reach your right people in their right way.
